Are u sure that the volume and earphones were working fine before u started this solution?
This makes only 2 lines for - and + plus 2 for usb lines nothing else.

the problem i did not check it was working befor but now not working customer saying everything works fine befor only phone has charging problem do u know how do i fix volume key and hands free jack?

there is no issue with removing that ic this is only charging bypass it sould not problem with volume key or HF jack .
but let me take a look i will let you know what's wrong with your phone anyway
