Thanks, It worked for me but now I am getting error on 0xA007 failed. Any more ideas, BTW I even reduced the number to 1 but still the same error on 0xA007.

Please ensure that your cable is connected properly and the phone battery is fully charged. I presume that you need Smart-Clip original cable.

Phone is fully charged and I am using W375 cable, By using the same cable I unlocked few W375 and even W377.

Update is that now if I keep the power button pressed it says up to.

Sending Boot ... OK
Preparing.. OK

And after that nothing happens. and I have to cancel the process and kill the smart moto application from task manager.

just use profilic interface and you'll never have any booting problems

Can you please elobrate this a little more. I don't know what profilic interface means. However I am using UST/ FURIOUS GOLD as a com port emulators at the moment.

better uninstall and again install the Drivers of the USB to COM once and try again

profilic is interface like ftdi for simulating com port. Usualy every serviser have this interface. I have 4

If you don't have you can buy some siemens (usb to com) data cable which usualy use profilic chip for com port, and you can adopt for motorola phones (rx,tx and gnd is needed only).

Profilic usb drivers, interface ftdi , you are making this way more complicated than it needs to be !

Do you unlock or flash a lot of Motorola ODM using many diffrent softwares ?
If so, purchase a simple T191 comm cable and youre done.
No more errors,timing errors, interface problems, conflicts etc etc.
Keep it simple save your time !
