W375 unlock problem,,,,sending boot,,,,failed


I am using JAF Com Emulator and Smartmoto 2.22 to unlock W375, it always stop at about 3/4 of sending boot progress. Tried with choosing differen Com port 100x times,,no luck. Please can anybody help me?

use 100% pure COM cable
not works with com emulator or usb to com adapters

You can use COM cable for T191, in such case phone connector should be made like this one.

Thanks Mr. Tinkertrain, I've looked at the link it's showing the plug goes to the phone. Do you have the details about the other end (the COM connector)? I tried to connect it up with PC Com configuration but it didn't work.
That's what I have done,
phone --------- PC COM (9 pins)
RX --------------- 3
TX --------------- 2
GND -------------- 5
Is there anything wrong?

Yes! It's wrong!

You need between phone and PC .. RS232 with voltage converter ! (example max232)!

It seems to be too hard to make a DIY cable,,,,,but I really wanna have a try,,,do you have a schematic for it? Or should I just give up?

Try to read codes instead direct unlock for me works properly, but when try direct always have same error

I have managed to unlock it,,,,,,
I have used a 9 in 1 COM cable which come with my RedBox, sold a 2.5mm stereo plug on to it, when doing unlock, connect a 9V battery to the cable, It worked fine with SmartMoto.
