OK Searching for phone... found S Blank Neptune LTE2 Switching to flash mode... OK With the tb B(yellow) only like this Searching for phone... found S Flash Neptune LTE2, getting test interface... interface not found Switching to flash mode... OK Reading phone boot version... C.50 and then nothing : check cable and connect apropriate test point The firmware version is R452G_G_08.24.02R. iF I can`t unlock this unit I can flas it with scout with version R452G_G_08.13.05R? Couse the version of the phone is not supported at support. |

In case if the handset will be flshed with lower firmware version, it will stay in boot mode. We recommend to use flash files with the same firmware version like the phone originally had or higher one. Please tell us where have you purchased it. Cables manufactured by our team has Yellow and Black TestPoint connectors.
