Problem with 6300 unlocking with new methode - GSM-Forum

Hi,

i tried the new methode for SPANSION Flash bei otoxx.
But when i try to flash the phone to 5200 i get this error

ending CMT HASH for NOLO
Sending CMT HASH for KEYS
Sending CMT HASH for PRIMAPP
Sending CMT HASH for PASUBTOC
Sending CMT PUB KEYS...
CMD ID: 0x5d,0x28
Error write...

???

I did try few time ...no problem with 6300!!

Which JAF version are you using?

Newest, can´t even flash back, same error after a wihle. But i could downgrade the phone, so it can´t damaged.
Dead USB flashing doesn´t work also, phone doesn´t reboot in flash mode, no wonder, since no software on it.
What can i do?

I think, i found my problem, i´m using UFS cable with my jaf, this can´t work.

hi there. i flashed my 6300 with mcu+ppm+image v 04.70 and phone just shows NOKIA. do i just unlock the phone in this state or there is something wrong with the files?
if i upgrade with the version 5.00 all becomes.

if my files are corrupt please may i have link of same workind mcu+ppm+image version 04.70

if ur using dss with uid.then ur phoen wont go in usb mode in that condition.better to flash the phone.and then unlock it.

i think all u faces a same cable problem...

try to modify you all cables...and try again...
