Do i need 9v external power supply for Nexus with RS232 for unlocking E228?

And do i need the phone bettery in when i do unlocking with RS232 ? thanks

BTW:i've tried search, but nobody talked about this.

i have e616v version sv16 and wanted to unlock my phone, i would like to ask if what software and cable do i need to use, if im going to use the cable schematic below i would like to know how is it being connected to usb if how is 1234 connected to usb, hope anyone can help me bout this thanks in advance

I have nec E616 with only power button working and other buttons disabled. Can you give me the solution? Secondly, i have Nec E606 that displays battery sign (top of screen) and the two buttons at the bottom left and right of screen shaded. All buttons working. I tried nec3G hardware reset code but also to no avail. Can some one help please. My e-mail is [email protected]

Hi there! I myself is looking for Vodafone Nec 804 unlocker, if you were successful in your quest,please let me know, I am really eager to unlock mine, the phone is very nice and with lots of features but I cannot use it here in our country.

Can anyone tell me how to unlock NEC e530? I've tryed by code calculation by imei and used Furious software and checked model e540 - didn't work.
