i thought this forum is meant for unlocker and not for user who want solutions to one phone pls next time take ur to an expert. it only cost u litle change.

For nec 616v with sw24 and above: Use Nexus with Rs232 cable

To check SW Version on nec 228 313 616 616v: *#06# ( Under the imei )

To check SW Version on nec 338: *#2820#

hi
i gave my nec 338(three network) to unlock one unlocking shop, thn they return me freeze mobile and told me can't unlcok.told thm to fix my phone thn they take it again and return it ok but not unlocked.come back home thn realized can't call....call has been disconect....thn go back their shop and use their sim n worked n use my sim n work. thn come back home but not worked.now i find my mobile working only that area where the shop is. thn i find ur website n unlock my self using ur softawere NEXUS. its unlocked , but still can't call exept orange network(but not all sim,only 1 sim work).....any help?

Limatima,

Try reset everything under setting menu. When phone as for code enter 0000 and phone will reset to factory default and all user data in phone will be lost. Then you can now use your phone normally. Email me: [email protected] or call 2348033338886 for further information.
