i unlocked bird,after that i encountered lcd problem and i flashed the other flash file but i cant understand coz it is in different language and also noticed that there is a problem when charging always battery low.

pls help infinity box team....

Hello !

S288 has two types of HW with different LCD type.
So, if you see blank LCD after flashing then you need to write other firmware.

S288: LCD_TYPE-2 English+French: S288_v350_en_fr_FW_wo_FFS.0FX.bin
S288: LCD_TYPE-2 English+Russian: S288_v336_en_ru_FW_wo_FFS.0FX.bin
S288: LCD_TYPE-1 English+French: S288_v140_en_fr_FW_wo_FFS.0FX.bin

As about charging problem.
During flashing we don't erase/edit phone calibration data (f.e. RF, battery calibration).
Please, check, exact name of you Bird phone. Is it really S288 or maybe S288x (with other letters after model name) ?
Im not sure, but it can be that new S288x with new hardware appear on market.

About menu text that you can't understand after flashing.
Try to enter in service menu: #*301#01
I don't remember is it exist language selection menu there, but you can try.

Hello !

We don't have now any S288+ firmware.
If you have any other S288+ on hands, then it will be possible to read flash from it and flash back into your S288+ (with charging problem).
Can you find S288+ for reading ?

and is it possible only write the specific area write for unlocking instead complete flash

Hello !

Really, I don't know any way to check hardware type.
I think one way now:
Check firmware version via phone menu or via code: #*301#01
and compare with firmware version that we have now in support area.

As about fast unlock: it's not possible.

@infinity-box team,
i was a bird S288 phone which has software problem.these pb was the phone didn't shows missed call,rieceve call & dialled call list.after that i flashed the phone by all flash files of infinity-box support section's.but after flash it can show dial call list & missed call list but can't shows rieceved call list.after that i delivered the set to customer as like that & still now my customer is waiting for repair the pb.so,if it is possible to enable the function then pls help me.thx in advance.
