Dongle misconfiguration - How to fix

Hello!
I have a problem in that dongle BEST at startup produces "Dongle misconfiguration".
Is it possible to fix this and again use BESTdongle?

Hello,

To avoid software conflicts in future please do not use "Hexframe" at the same time with Infinity software.

What to do now:
- Install latest Infinity software updates
- Run DongleManager
- Update Dongle firmware

- DO NOT use any kind of usb sharing/trace/spy/debug software to avoid problem with Dongle !

sir help me my box have problem dongle misconfiguration problem today by mistake
any virus run on my pc then my pc os curupted and my box not work show only this msg
i formate my pc and again install cm2 but my problem not solve please help me sir
