You do not need to connect dongle to access Infinity Online Service
You need only Username and Password

yes it is very necessary to use Infinity Tools without Physical dongle. my market is in lockdown and i am not able to bring my dongle back to home to work at my home, i have my username & password so team you should make a procedure to use SW without dongle

My idea is: support period will be extended (renewed) FOR FREE FOR TWO MONTHS for users who has active support at date 01 March 2020

I think by now Team should fully understand what I mean by online login.

In another words; Infinity-Box Team need to start working on how to use all our CM2 MODULES with only username and password without having to connect any hardware token (dongle or box) so that it can enable us to work from home.

Even if team give all users free 3months extended support without using it, it will also be useless.

The only way out is for Team to start implement online login without hardware token.

Please note that its just suggestion

The only way I will agree with you is that I don't sees Infinity-Box Dongle has yearly tool because even after support expired, user still allow to use his current version. Kudos for INFINITY-BOX TEAM for that.

But this coronavirus pandemic period should teach both coders and we users on how to move to online base login without hardware token so that we can keep making money from home.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IT JUST A SUGGESTION.
