It can not be true that you have got no answer.
If you have a problem with completed order try to connect to wifi and activate your device. In case of problem send details and photo of activation screen to support via e-mail:

Order complete..but activation issue,then your team contact me,i give TeamViewer id , their connect to pc,then just try 10 minut ,their can't fix my problem yet,..now 3days ago...plzz fix guys

all mails was answered. if yu have no answer this means you have problem with your mailbox or you have sent an e-mail to wrong address. pls double check both
