Try to reflash with unbranded firmware, the code is ok but the phone doesn't accept it.

i reflashed the phone since the begining and nothing happend.
the code was also send to recalculate several times.
this phone was 2 times ticketed from different accounts.
all i want is to refund me for this ticket from this account.
now the phone is working with universal-sim.
thank you for understanding me.

Atrix, I request this job twice.
The first code I reicived was:

The code was wrong.
Then, I request by VIP service.

Well, you should also consider that 4 codes from 2 completely different sources can't possibly ALL be wrong, especially since the VIP service has yet to provide a wrong code.
I understand you, but maybe there just is something wrong with that phone, have you considered that?
Anyway, make the video with the IMEI visible and all 3 codes being wrong and I'll send it to the supplier and see what he thinks of this.
By the way, have you actually tried all 3 codes? You got 3 codes, so try all 3 of them.

Yes, I understand this is really weird but is what happend. If you remmember me (rosariogsm01) I bougth credits by paypal direct to you several times and I consider the service is really great. 99% of the codes are ok, but not in this case. I expect you see the problem in the video.
