What to do in case of WRONG CODE. - GSM-Forum

Sometimes our providers will give us wrong codes for some of the IMEIs we send them. In order for them to correct them or refund the credits, you will first need to press the VERIFY button in allGSMunlock client HISTORY:

If the code still doesn't work, then we'll need a video of the wrong code:
1. Ticket number
2. A link with the video proof (youtube or rapidshare), which needs to be created by following these instructions:

You must type *#06# (or any other way of displaying the IMEI on the phone's LCD) on the phone then wait 5-10 seconds until we can clearly see and read the IMEI of the phone displayed. Also, if possible, the operator logo the phone is locked to should be visible.
Insert, in the same phone, a SIM card which is not currently accepted by the phone
Wait 5 seconds until we can clearly see and read the message displayed by the phone
Enter the code received by the server, VERY SLOWLY, and the keys being pressed (or touched) must be clearly seen in the video as the code is entered into the phone
If you get an error message, wait 5 seconds so we can clearly see this message
Please, and I can't stress this enough, make sure the video is focused and the codes, messages, IMEI are all visible on the phone's display

i have one wrong code with HTC Vox0101.

it displays wrong code, i tryed 4 times, now i must wait for next try...
(cant make video, becouse i only have umts mobile datamodem for transfering and this is very very slow).

please check my code...

now i can enter the next sim-lock code, but i dont know how mutch try i have to block the phone fully...

and i use the new server...

i think it is an: SPV E650 but iam not so fammilar with this xda´s

I am sorry sir, but the only way we can help is if you provide us with a video of the wrong code so we have something to send to the provider.
Make sure you follow all of the instructions here when creating the video.

i think for htc s710 server always give wrong code ! i have in hand 2 s710 that i got wrong code rom server plz verify u code team

Video proof: I do not have any oportunity to put link of video proof. This is the second time of problem like this. I hope I can get Your trust. I put a picture of gsm client with bad code which was received.

This is not a question of trust sir, it's what the provider demands of us and this is what you must provide.

Compress them sir or record in another format. You are probably recording in raw avi format which is huge.
