Sir, are 100% sure the phone is Vodafone Spain?
Because with this provider, there codes are done by a calculator, and it's impossible for them to be wrong.
Also, I find it very strange that the phone is vodafone spain, yet there is no vodafone logo anywhere on the phone.
I think the phone is from another network, that's why the code is incorrect.
