problem after unlocking INQ1 - GSM-Forum

After unlock with micro-box, the customer cant read text messages, she can "preview" them in the list, but when she clicks on one to read it, the text box is empty, the same happens when shes writing a text, charector counter counts down but no text appears on the screen, ok with origonal sim (3 UK) tried a factory reset, still the same, any ideas?

sorry but never see this problem before, and there is no relation between unlock and sms ot mms or other think !

Had to refund customer (and loose my credis)

Customer doesnt understand "its nothing to do with the unlock" when it was absolutley fine before the unlock.

Oh well wont be unlocking these on MB in future.

I,m Aware about Some Problems after Unlock INQ1 But the problem you have Described here is Pretty new for me.. Anyway Try to Reset it
