How to solve this problem ?

How to solve this problem already un installed previous version and also root folder is also deleted

ALREDY TRiED RESTART POWER OFF ALL BUT SAME PROBLEM MANUALLY DELETED ALL FILES FROM ROOT FOLDER NAMED SAMSUNG STILL SAME ISSUE .

i Am also facing same problem ,
is new exe need additional software support like Net framework ,java,flash player ?

Yes Downloaded 2 Setup one inside shell ,
2nd From Shell Via idm ,
Both Have Same problem .

remove v20.
restart
instal only v20.0
