if users post about problem with own pc - then need post all information about windows version , and configuratiom of pc, how we can help without any information? or how we can fix bug in future updates?

without proper description developer cannot fix this issue!

Please provide info about pc ( Os , service pack etc , box , card versions etc )

p.s. In my occasion restart helped ( win xp , sp3 , old card )

Probolem is solved.
Some of processes is blocking samsungtool.exe to finish initialization.
It is individually with each pc.For me it was for example lxeamon.exe (printer) and rundll32.exe that it follows.Try to stop the process or processes and will be fine.
