Same problem with my 2 pc.they have same operating system windows 7 ultimate 32-bit system 2gb ram

for win7 32 bit (whene shows message error)
dont delete shell just re-install samsung 19.1 with driver box and card reader untill its working fine then install samsungtool 20v over it.
1-close samsung tool and shell if its still running
2-download this file;SamsungTool - Download - 4shared - kamal boumah
3-extract files and copy go to this directory folder C:\Program Files\Z3X\Samsung\SamsungTool and replace it.
4-start shell.
if its not working make sure this message doesnt include you
New times is coming, Samsung improve security and make new phones.*
We believe it is fair to ask customer a small payment for update to Samsung Pro version of users who bough box before 20/07/2014

problem solved killing logitech usb dongle processes.
After first Samsungtool boot, is not necessary to kill again processes, it will work as normal, even after logitech processes started
