error said need to update higher version 8

you r install higher version app and your phone not support app you find ios 6 later app and install like fb whatsapp imo

i phone 4 support is now closed apple company.

You can install only with old Apple ID

You have to download from Third party sites.

Support ended for 7.1.2 upgrade to IPhone 4S and use lasted iOS available 9.3.5

U have to jailbreak ur iphone and install AppAdmin from cydia.
Once u search for an app on apple store near the download button, there is downgrade button.
Install pervious version of the app that may work on ios 7.1.2
