do u have JL_Cmder ?
if not then search this forum for it.
download it . use it to erase your phone and then download the old version from the official site mentioned above.
use the blackberry desktop manager to flash .
or u can use ramjan's method as mentioned at the start of this thread

but be sure to back-up ur data before erase.

sr how can i do with a blackberry 8350i of nextel, the problem is flashing, the SCREEN does not have image, black full, and start flashing the bb but this does not complete all the flashing , it says an ERROR, i could not fix this please help me what ca i do

do these steps:-
1.download the blackberry desktop manager
2.go to the official site of blackberry phones and download the flash file for your handset
3.download JL_Cmder (it is available here in the forum )
4.instal the flash file on ur pc
5.go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader and delete vendor file
6.in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader double click loader.exe and follow the steps

now ur phone is flashed with the version which u have downloaded
simple . dont forget to press thanks button

BB torch 9860 is restarting at startup. try to update from bb desktop software it detect but cant update firmware bcoz of restarting. how to solve it. if i have to flash this device how to find correct operator or file ver??????? can i flash with any version of any operator........... what information i need b4 flash???
