i have bb 8800 when i put in battery hour glass spins f0r 30 seconds then phone shut down and this just goes on and on if i dont remove battery ,how to solve?thanks

i have bb8800 that keep going on and off at the hour glass and unable to detect device in app loader .how to fix please help

Hi. trying to flash bb8900 with white screen. The phone will not flash beyond trying to reconnect. Whats the way forward?

i am getting a problem in updating bb 8100 . i have installed firmware of 8100 . but its gicving a error " The blackberry software doesnot have blackberary software for that device you have connected to the computer . Contact your wireless service provider or system admin"

pls pls help me

sir i have a bb 9700 yesterday when i conneced it to the pc it got connected and i also took a backup of my contacts but today when i connected it it suddenly went dead not even the red light on top is blinking or anything .
i tried like u posted but the pc now doesnt detect my phone
please advice what to do as i am totally confused the handset is of my customer and i have to give it back in evening

What is kept in VENDOR.xml file? Why it is necessary to delete ?

if we delete this file and update the handset then blackberry service will work?
mean push mail, messenger .
