if it is verizon, u can activate it with this-
type ##000000 and send
then change the first line and second line numbers to 0000000000 (preferably)
then click menu and click save.
ur phone will reset automatically.
If it is sprint,u have to buy the codes.

Hi all ,

I have a unlocked Verizon Strom 2 9550 . Currently in GSM network in INDIA , everything is running OK including BIS except GPS . I cannot lock GPS satelite signal or agps through google map . blackberry map can lock AGPS sometimes but not GPS satellite signal .

To activate GPS I did lot of thing like OS reloading from verious vendor from asia . GPSone activation through QPSK , fixing GPS at clear sky ( timeout error )etc . But still it not working . Also refresh option is not present in GPS settings option .

Please help how can I activate GPS in my Strom 2 9550 .

If u have any thirdparty application, Like call.. remove it, or try by wiping ur device.

I bought an unlocked BB 8700c on eBay. Inside, it has the code CE0168 in big letters. Somewhere, I read this code means the unit is wi-fi capable. Is that true? If so, how would I use wi-fi on this unit? Thanks for your time.

Ok here its my problem i hope u can help me..
I toke my bb 8320 to a shop so they can unblock it it was originaly locked with at&t they unblock it but the fono didnt get any signal so i toke it back and they tryed to do a flash but they said they couldnt... And they returned my phone not working at all. What it does its..

When i turn on the phone i get the white screen with the thing spinning but after 15 seconds it goes off and the red light comes on and stays on, also if the battery its fully charged it keeps going on and of with the white screen and the thing spinning then off then on then off.....

The battery its fine and well charged so that would not be the problem...
Can some one please helpme...
