I have a BB 8520 problem is whenever i try to play a video file the sound comes out but the video does not come out. I've tried all sorts of video files already and all of them have the same problem

I tried to unlock bb8320(vodafone) with bb unlocker by harald kubovy'08..after unlocking my phones doest't turned up..its shows application missing (Factory setting os).
