Hi Can I downgrade Genie OS ?? I update Genie to 191r and i Can't unlock any phone

When I have 163r everything was OK !!

PLZ help

same here now by me...

always Er10x19 after update the firmware...

when i use bb5notp unlocker from genie clip it stops at this error while calculating...

DOWNGRADE IS NOT POSSIBLE!

Problem is not bb5notp.exe alone!
dct4plus.smx also not work since last Firmware Update.

please go to www.genieuniversal.com/downloads.html
and download DCT4Plus.exe installer, install it. error should be fixed now.

Please update your SD card content via the FTP Server.

after your FTP Update dct4plus.smx again not working.
We must install it again with DCT4Plus.exe installer

re-install DCT4Plus.exe and update one more time your SD card content via the FTP Server.

its explained many times here

*) Right Click on Genie (USB Mode)
*) Open Genie Client 1.1
*) Open Genie Client Update
*) Get Drive, mark Genie10xxxx, press Update
