Exclamation Problem with Box....


I have try d unlocking von phone but just the same result. No Phone Found

1. Which phone you are trying to read info
2. Is phone having "local mode" or "test mode" on screen
3. Are you plugging cable into Service socket or Diagnostic one ?
4. What cable is it (jaf, mt, etc)
5. Are you using any cable adapters

2: no light on the phone
3:Service
4: with jaf and MT
5: just your adapter wich is in the box Cyclone adapter

ok, so now

1. is problem same if you skip adapter
2. is there any reaction on pressing power on ? for few seconds
