Cambio de interface nueva con smartcard vieja

Buenos dias , señores e cyclone box mi problema es el siguiente que se quemo mi caja cyclone y me botaba error de voltaje asi que compre una nueva interface, sin embargo al colocar mi smartcard me pide un nuevo registro, alguien puede ayudarme ya que no puedo registrarme otra ves y no puedo usar la caja

ES DECIR LA CAJA ES NUEVA
SMART CARD ANTIGUA

si alguien puede ayudarme o debo de postear en ingles

amigo te contestaran unicamente tu post el soporte de ciclone unicamente si te presentas a ellos en ingles de otra forma no tomaran en cuenta tu post
