hi i need some help from if u can i buyed new cyclone box i already installed and activated super dct 4..now wen i try to unlock any phone suppose 2330 its show me this msg
Writing patch file...
Booting UPP...
Box VPP disabled
Processing Flash Image Failed -> UPP Not Responding
Failed to Unlock DCT4 -> Failed to write patch file
can u please help me out with this problem i will be thanksfull to you..

each time that up click on "DTC4" it gives me a error messege "box has failed one or more selftest diagnostics. this may be temporary failure, or permanent HW damage. contact support if any problem with using this device will occur"..... and it wont read any phone... what did i do wrong.... help please

how do i restore the backup files,phone has cahnged imei after unlocking from cyclone,it was 6120c old version

Hi, new user to cyclone box, in box recieved cyclne box and cyclone adaptor, which cable do i need to connect box to pc, ive also got the cable that i got with my jaf box, can i use this on my cyclone, and do i need to connect the adaptor to the box to install software, or only when connecting phone to clip, also when reparing and flashing phones with this do i connect adaptor diagnostics or service socket, all help thanked, can wait to use this great box, thanks again

hi! why griffen team take 2 credit's for unlock dct 4++.
cyclone box and j.a.f unlock free all model's?
no activation, no credit all is free,just box.

Hi cyclone, could some one please send video of flashing dctc4 and bb5 phones to U TUBE, Because when using utube to watch videos you can slow, stop, freeze , this will make it much easier for us begginers to get use to this box, and we can follow the instrutions more easly, because at the moment all the videos avaliable for flashing with this box run to quick so you have to watch them about 20 times so you can write it all down before you can start, all help thanked

Hi ive got a 6230 which i wont to flash, using cyclone, the firm ware version on the phone is 03.15, is it safe to flash with version 05.50 many thanks
