Hi, conect an F-bus cable or Unifbus, and check with a multimeter if you have voltaje at battery terminals, if dont, contact your reseller for exchange the box...

how do I cyclone installed on another computer? I'm trying and I say this:
Nokia Service Tool Initialization Started DCT4/WD2/BB5, Engine Revision: 1.0.0.7880
Open Box Error -> Security Problem # 5
Initialization has failed -> No connection was established, or box mode is not in needed

I have already posted solution in your thread, however i will do it for you once again, all you need to do is

1- UNINSTALL CYCLONE (from add/remove programs)
2- DELETE C:\PROGRAM FILES\CYCLONE BOX FOLDER
3- INSTALL INSTALLER (CHECK ON 1ST POST OF THIS TOPIC)
4- APPLY BULK UPDATE

Hi sir i buy cclone box to day. How to repair imei ?????? wd2 (6600) i already use my credit. And i got nothing. Box said "failed with bootloader" Whats mean?

1. Ticket received, Veryfing it...
Authenthication error -> Socket Error # 11004
2. Cyclone Server Send Command Error -> Code: 500, Box is not registered, support is not allowed then
Authenthication error -> Failed to obtain Authenthication Data

dear Mr cyclone box , my cyclone box met problem , cause i can not uploading the image ,so i write what it say :

these are words when i use cyclone ,it shows to me . what is the problem of this cyclone ? is it the quality problem ? cause i am new user ,so i dont know how to deal with it . hope you can teach me how to solve this problem cause it really make me crazy .

i brought 5 pcs cyclone box in one time ,the other 4 very goods ,only this one met such problem, is it the quality problem of this cyclone box ? what should i do so that i can solve it ? thank you very much !

Try to update again the firmware of your box from box maintance; if you can't, PM the serial number of your box to Siroya so he can put it in needed mode on the server to update again the firmware.

alex ,is that the problem of box mainboard ? somebody said that is the problem of box board .

If was a problem of board you couldn't neither see the box in bootloader mode... in your issue is only the firmware to update again from box maintance.
