box initialized fail - GSM-Forum

when I start dct4/wd2/bb5 I get this message box initalized failed or not in need mode further i get this message in a box
this is a problem with activation ref I.D A your box will stop woprking when security watch dog will detect this problem issue log (1673135D7EA78CC10B99D65F8E1FF4CAC804DF4D.183) was saved in same directory as this software.
The box was activated fine on 11th of may on 12th I just tried to upgrade the firmware since then I am having this problem.
