Reseller doesnt matter-its only info for data base.

In your attached image i only see "Clip Maintenance error" ( nothing related to Register / wrong reseller)

You can NOT do Clip maintenance if you dont have a "Classic" Version of Cyclone Box, also you MUST have the Cyclone Clip. Do you have that ???
