my fire wall is off right now still the same problem and i tried for German server see this log

I am having trouble entering support area Germany.
Box serial: C0007CC1

for the past days while trying to enter Gernmany support it would just say tag not verified.

now it just won´t connect..

What is wrong with the sever...I don´t have trouble with any other box..
