Bootstrap failed! (ANSWERED)

What im doing wrong??? after flash with ufs e65 got black screen, but ufs doesnt accept blank pmm, so i though ll use mx key instead and heres what i got

MX-Key bus check log:
Connection status: UHCI:HUB:USB 2.00 (Full-speed)
Driver: WinUSB, ver: 3.5.0.0
Module ver: 1.0.0.19228(10-11-2011), Library ver: 1.0.0.13150(10-11-2011)
Bootstrap failed!

fenix key can read info with no pro also but doesnt support ape flash and now im stuck, can anyone help me please. iv got ufs, fenix key and mx key with hti box.

can u explain me please not sure what you meant by by replacing ic from old jaf. can it be done with mx key and mx box i dont have jaf box. And whos to blame here phone, mx key software or hti box?

change hti box u problem solved.
hti box damaged 100%

oook...k... by damaged u meant that its need to be repaired or just bugged?

i have 2 hti ,so i just change the box and problem solved.may be u can try change the ic if u dont have another box

weird cos i used it only once to flash 1616 its brand new prob just send it back to my resseler

hahaha.....my second box bootstrap too..
i used just 1 day.i just try this night and cant use.
my be we need explain frm hti supporter.
my second box is new,i just activated a day

Hi,
you have to be sure that your cable is good.

before you send it back to reseller, you can check by your self, without opening the box:
measure the voltage on cable battery pins: ~ 4 volts. else, send it back to reseller, it 6 months warranty.

yup cables ok i tried with 3 different phones and 3 different cables. not a big problem ll just send it back to resseler thanks for all the info!
