Cant Repair GDFS for w200i, please help me..

hello.. i have 2 piece of w200i red blinking. for the 1st one, i use SE Ultimate Unlocker option i chose is GDFS reconstruction n i write GDFS which i download from GDFS collection area "w200.gdfs" operation failed, this is the log

phone position now white blank, cannot flash anymore, i attact it with cruiser 13.20 this is what it say

n then for the second fone, i do not write GDFS anymore, what i do is just direct unlocking n repair erom. but result is same, process error when sending loader, this is the log
