Could you please check if you have bluetooth? Wifi and bluetooth coexist in the same module but still have different power lines. But if bluetooth works this could mean that the module has adequate connection on board | |

Go out somewhere where the iphone has direct light and check gps whether it locates you or not. If it even doesnt locate you it could be a problem with the diplexer filter which is on the back of the board | |
