if you write a good/tested dump/bootloaders, and phone not alive, you need to find other problems at this phone (bad solder cpu or other problems).

We can't test all dumps, but many people is uploading BL from last phone firmware to his eMMC or dumps from support, and his phones are alive.

You work as a repairman and must understand all the problems that may arise with the PCB

you cannot repartitions the Emmc. because,
Reset have not been done but partitioning has been done.

The procedure is, rest first then partitioning.

Replace The Emmc is one of the solution you can accomplish.

One box can not check for emmc or software and hardware. You do not have confidence in a box. The combination is the best.
