you probably updated your device as far a i know there is no way to unlock it now

can't downgrade FW due to dige-port disabled with PTCl updated signed firmware .

I am trying to unlock my device,however, only Application port is showing and no diagnostic port. Have tried a lot of things but to no avail. Can anyone tell how to enable missing diagnostic port or what may be the cause? Using widows 7, UAC is off no any further is not being demanded by windows... Also no error visible in Device manager.
