This error is USB cable, please use old thick USB cable, new usb cable not good, for me three new USB cable bad, old black USB cable runs without errors.

Hello bro, there is no usb cable difference. U just need to clean install of the complete sarasost software.
First complete uninstall the software.
Then using registry editor delete any hwk entry u found.
Then install the latest one i.e 2.3.0.5. And do the update process.

Ur problem will be definitely solved.
