1. Most likely, the problem is with Samsung Micro UART cable You used. You should use Samsung Micro UART cable C3300k/C3303k with 523-525 kOhm resistor inside. Check resistor nominal and write here the result. As You can see here: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f684...cable-1809652/, Mr. Gambitv01 have solved the same problem by using another Samsung Micro UART cable.

2. Post here full Software log with the Repair IMEI operation.
