As You can see in your Software log, You have selected incorrect model:

This can be the problem.

Ask mr. ysr84 here: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f684...-cert-1905688/, maybe, he can give You his IMEI Certificate file for SM-G850W, and write it.
