Do the next:

1. Delete all files from the folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\".
2. Take out SIM and SD cards from the device.
3. Run the Software.
4. Make Factory data reset and wipe cache partition.
5. Write modem firmware "sm-g7102_special_modem_to_repair_any_imei_4_4_2.oct".
6. Root the phone.
7. Make Wipe Security.
8. Make Repair IMEI again.
9. Close the Software.
10. Upload somewhere the latest created "*.log" and "*.logx" files from the folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\" and post here the links, we will research, where can be the problem with your device.
