If in your phone, firmware is with Android 4.4.2. write this modem firmware ("sm-g7102_special_modem_to_repair_any_imei_4_4_2.oct") , then root the phone and write any IMEI.

If in your phone, firmware is with Android 4.3. write this modem firmware ("sm-g7102_special_modem_to_repair_any_imei_4_3.oct"), then root the phone and write any IMEI.

1. Delete all files from the folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\".
2. Take out SIM and SD cards from the device.
3. Run the Software.
4. Make Factory data reset and wipe cache partition.
5. Write modem firmware "sm-g7102_special_modem_to_repair_any_imei_4_4_2.oct".
6. Root the phone.
7. Make Wipe Security.
8. Make Repair IMEI again.
9. Close the Software.
10. Upload somewhere the latest created "*.log" and "*.logx" files from the folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\" and post here the links, we will research, where can be the problem with your device.

After Wipe Security Imei repaired OK. How to root - in attachment.
1. Flash With Odin CWM-Touch-6.0.5.0-NG4-ms013g.tar
2. Using CWM flash (install ZIP from SD card) UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.45.zip.
3. Using CWM flash (install ZIP from SD card) DE-SAMSUNGNIZER_KNOX_REMOVAL_SCRIPT_V2.0.zip
4. Reboot system now.
5. Enjoy.
