GSM-Forum - View Single Post - Still got Problem with 8210, wont accept sim card can anyone help please???

the phone is totally unlocked (ive checked with nokia tool)
when i put a simcard in it still says please insert simcard as though it isnt recognising it.
Is there something i can do. Is the sim reader broken. If so can it be replaced and is there anyone in the UK that can fix it.
