Hello friend i think u need to read this sticky thread again and again,,,,,,,,,,
then u will revive your phone...
[GUIDE] REVIVE any SPD65xx phone, with fault FS/NV or killed by other tools by CM2SPD

i activated my infinity box only for this function because others
tools dead those spd65xx phones with only for read info...and after this
activation i never afraid from those spd65xx phones ever
