For sure, it's impossible that our dongle was damaged during ordinary flashing operations.

If error still exist then contact to us by mail for future instructions.

Btw, could you, please, tell me: why you think that dongle broken ?
As I can understand you see only error about virus infection on your PC.
Really, it's very important for me to get answer for this question.
