I need some major help. While I was upgrading the smart clip it kept on freezing

. and now it recognizes the serial number and then it keeps saying login failed. The light under E/G is constant red. It won't even attempt to unlock V300, c650 etc that it was previously able to do!!!

I even sent numerous emails to the support dept and there is no response....
