Smart Clip is dead while updating the firmware - GSM-Forum

I need some major help. While I was upgrading the smart clip it kept on freezing

. and now it recognizes the serial number and then it keeps saying login failed. The light under E/G is constant red. It won't even attempt to unlock V300, c650 etc that it was previously able to do!!!

I even sent numerous emails to the support dept and there is no response....

@ashcomm send log file of update to SC Team.....you must use 9v power adapter to avoid power shortage and stable power during update....

I am using the 9V adapter that came with the smart clip. When I use the update feature it provides me with the serial # of the smart clip, then it says reading info. After that it states reading extending info. Then I get a message "firmware not found" and Last messages says that login denied.

This smart clip had been working properly before. I have used it to unlock numerous motorola v.180, v300, c650 phones. It even gave me the firmware version and now it saying no firmware found.

Try update again,i see that note in server

@ash...: I thikn if it's write no firmware foudn you must send a log to SC team and in worst case you must resend back to your resselr for chaneg
