| Also please check the DCD line on the connector (pin 3?), it goes directly to the Xilinx.
This must be ON THE GROUND! So try to get a multimeter and measure this line. If you measure something (i.e. non zero) on the DCD line while the HWK is attached, then
there is something wrong. If DCD is on the ground, then try to measure pin 19 of the FTDI chip (it is also the DCD). Surely you must measure GND there as well! |
