| Well then you must do the following.
1. Try to find out who is your reseller, since you will need .FBIs (i.e. reactivating
your box). If you do not know who is your reseller, or you cannot reach your
reseller, DO NOT DO THIS REACTIVATION OTHERWISE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO
USE YOUR BOX!
2. Connect with 1.3k
3. Click Upgrade firmware
4. Try to get a REQ.FBI from somewhere (twister support area for example)
5. Upload REQ.FBI to your box, it will automatically upgrade the firmware of the box
to 2.6
6. Send the generated .REQ file (0000XXXX.REQ, where XXXX is your serial number)
to your reseller so that he can generate you a reply .FBI file
7. Connect again
8. Click on upgrade firmware
9. Select the generated 0000XXXX.FBI file
