I Reinstall drivers
Changed Card Reader
Didn't update Software 2 days before i work on CM2MTK 1.58 today when i try to open S i got that message.

Hello,
To avoid software conflicts in future please do not use "Hexframe" at the same time with Infinity software.
What to do now:
- Delete fault.bin file from software folder (if you have it there)
- Install latest Infinity software updates
- Run DongleManager
- Update Dongle firmware
