| First off lower your power supply to 3.8V, 4.5V is too much.
If you haven't found a fault yet then what you do is you check your voltage rails.
If it's boot looping at ~400mA then it's likely PMIC or CPU related. check for low or missing voltages in lines produced by the PMIC. |
